IDM Services are holding their 4th Annual Agriculatural Open Day on Thursday 5th Feb, 2pm till late. Meet reps from leading dealers and warm up with a charity hog roast at their Horningtops showroom near Liskeard.

It’s eleven years since Ian Maddever started out with £1500 and a van. Now his company turns over £1,000,000+ per year and is one of the biggest agricultural machinery suppliers in the South West. A sign of how far they’ve come is their annual open day, which is fast-becoming a must in the agricultural calendar, offerings a chance to meet up and discuss farming requirements with representatives from many of the leading names in agricultural machinery and technology. IDM Services are keen to involve the wider rural community, so everyone is welcome.

On the day, you’ll be able to see latest models and some demos from the likes of Deutz-Fahr, Vicon, Redrock, Spread-a-Bale, Patchwork Farm GPS, Maschio combination drills, Foster, Lynx, Gaspardo and local favourites Twose. They’ll also be unveiling a major new dealership.

Most of the machinery’s inside so even if the weather does its worst you’ll be under cover. And the traditional charity hog roast will always keep visitors well-fed and warm as they do the rounds.

Chance to win a £1000+ Farm GPS system

“It’s a wonderful day for meeting up with customers old and new and raising money for Liskeard’s community hospital,’ says MD, Ian Maddever. “The 2015 event is extra-special. AS well as seeing the latest ranges from Deutz-Fahr, we’re giving away a high-value GPS from Patchwork, one of our longest-standing dealers. All you have to do is fill in a quick questionnaire and be around when we pull a name out of the hat!”

Come and make a day of it, support the charity hog roast, have a browse, visit the stands and get top advice from agricultural experts.
